Bloxstrap v2.6.1 Latest Release

That didn’t go as planned. It’s 12 AM, and my physics final is in two days. I’m so tired.

Bug Fixes

Fixed the Git hash being included in the version number. This was due to a recent .NET change that I overlooked.

Removals

Removed the administrator privileges check.
Speaking of removals, I just realized I forgot to remove the “preferred materials” Fast Flag preset. Don’t use it; it won’t do anything.

This update primarily addresses recent issues and includes several bug fixes:

Font Modding: Fixed an issue where the font modding option was not visible on older Windows versions.
Flag Import Dialog: Resolved text overflow problems in the flag import dialog.
Channel Selector: Removed the channel selector. Restricted channels now automatically switch to the default channel.
Rendering Mode: Temporarily removed the rendering mode configuration option due to instability. It will be reintroduced once more robust measures are in place.

This release corrects several overlooked issues:

Escape Menu Version: Fixed the problem where the selected escape menu version did not apply correctly for either V1 or V2.
Deployment Mirror Selection: Addressed issues with deployment mirror selection not properly checking for errors, resolving the “503 (Service Unavailable)” error.

Expect more significant updates soon, but for now, additional bug fixes will be rolled out as necessary.

Access Denied Error: Fixed an error causing “access is denied” messages when launching Roblox.
Error Messages: Enhanced error messages for common issues, such as auto-update failures and shortcut creation.
Bootstrapper: Resolved an issue where closing the dialog during launch did not stop the bootstrapper.
Default Application Opener: Fixed issues with the default application opener not functioning properly.
Decryption Error: Added mitigations for the persistent “decryption operation failed” error.
Theme Application: Fixed the problem where the selected theme was not applying to the notification area icon menu.
